New node is immovable if just dragged and not edited yet

Question

1. Drag-create a new node
2. Do not edit it, click anywhere else
3. Try to re-locate it immediately (Do not edit it, do not click anywhere else)

Expected: Node is movable

Actual: Node is not movable

We checked it from our end. Seems to be working properly.

Unfortunately, I can replicate it quite reliably.

I'm not saying that I haven't seen what you say - that sometimes the bug is not manifested, but that's more of an exception for me than a dyke

I checked the steps.
Created a node. Clicked somewhere else. When I hover around the node, mouse icon changes to cross-hair. There I can move the node successfully.

Okay, I figured out what was wrong. The replication steps were not accurate.

I have now updated them:
1. Drag-create a new node
2. Try to re-locate it immediately (Do not edit it, do not click anywhere else)
