Can't open my .json file. Keeps saying error not valid minmap file.

Question

This is so frustrating, we worked for months on a mindmap to record my son's junior school experiences when he left. Now when we try to load the mindmap it just keeps saying 'Error File is not a valid mindmap' even though it's the exact file we saved each time. He is distraught to have lost all this work. Any ideas of how to fix it?

May I know, where did you save the file? On public server or Google drive or as a file on your hard disk?

Can you send me the file (to my email id, partopaulo@gmail.com which you are trying to open?
