Lost Data - Mindmaps

Hi

I've been using your mindmap software for a short period of time and was excited about how great and intuitive it has been. 

 

Unfortunately I went to login the other day and all of my mindmaps are gone. My email address is the one in which the account is under and I am hopeful you will be able to restore them for me as they contain a reconstruction of my study notes for school.

Hi,

Where did you store your mindmaps? Mindmap Server or Google Storage?

 

If Mindmap Server we can help. Please tell us the name of the central node. We can search and find it out.

 

If you have saved in Google storage, I'm afraid we cannot help you. Make sure you use the same Google Account with which you stored the files.
