I started using the map today and created several ideas. When I try to attach a file or photo to the idea nothing happens. If I hover my mouse on the attachment icon it moves like it is active but when I click and double click on it nothing happens.
Clicking on those attachment icons will not open the corresponding attached windows. Use the navigator panel to click and achieve your goal of getting that window.
