I propose that you should be able to click on the blue icon and the item open

So in detail - clicking on the url blue icon - it should open the linked page
clicking on the attachement icon - is should display the attachement
related to an answer for:
What are the link, edit, and paperclip icons supposed to do?

This feature is on our to-do list and will be implemented on next version.
