How do I move the inspector when it goes into the top bar

Question

When I attempt to move the inspector feature down to see the colors for the border etc. It jumps up so that the top bar of it (that normally allows me to move it around) is out of sight. Then no matter if I readjust the size of my browser, I cannot return it to how it was. The only way this works is if I refresh the tab, but then all my work goes away.

Thanks for reporting the bug. We will check it.

Try minimizing 'Navigator' panel and it might work.

You can also minimize 'Navigator' panel and you will have plenty of space to position 'Inspector' window.
