Mindmap lost. Showing up a black screen

I ask for help. I can not enter my MindMap created some time ago. It shows only a black screen.

May I know where did you save the mindmap file? 'Mindmap Server' or 'Google Drive' or 'File'?

 

Please give me the link to the map where you are trying to open. I shall try retrieving it.

goto drive.google.com

 

From there, try to locate your mindmap file and try opening it.

Hi,

It seems your mindmap is not working in Google Drive. If you had saved your mindmap in 'Mindmap Public server', we could help. As you have saved it in Google Drive, we cannot help you.

 

Please start a new map and save it properly in Google Drive or File.
